Call for Papers
Authors are required to submit an English-written abstract that is 300-500 words in length. File formats for abstracts are restricted to the Microsoft Word (.DOC) or Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) file formats. The deadline to submit an abstract has been extended to April 15, 2004. Final papers/posters due August 15. Presentation (PPT) files due September 15 for inclusion on CDROM.

Uploading Final Paper or Poster Instructions
  1. Log In to your ICEE04 Author Account
  2. Affter successfullying logging in, you should see your Uploaded Abstract Files listed.
  3. Click on the 'Upload Final Document' button to the right of your Approved Abstract.
  4. You will be redirected to the Final Document Submission Form.

An editor, and possibly other reviewers, will review the abstracts. Authors will receive a response from the editor indicating whether the editor approved the abstract, requires a revision of the abstract or declined the abstract. If the editor approved the abstract, the author will receive an e-mail notice of acceptance by May 15, 2004. The author will then be required to submit a final paper or poster due no later than Aug 15, 2004 (see guidelines). Approved authors must also register on or before this date to avoid late fees.

An editor may suggest that your abstract be considered as a poster instead of one of the parallel presentation sessions. Only a display is required for the poster session. No oral presentation is expected.
