CALL FOR PAPERS
Papers are solicited
on the subject of modern concepts, tools and examples concerning education in
the control and signal processing fields. Topics include delivering control and
signal processing oriented lectures by means of internetworking mechanisms as
well as developing the network accessed laboratory exercises, including virtual
laboratories. Papers on control design tools, real-time tools, complex dynamic
systems simulations, adaptive control and signal processing with remote network
based access to the laboratory exercise site are especially welcome. Other
topics include but are not limited to the methodology of control and signal
processing education, modern control and signal processing algorithms and
design environment, knowledge processing tools in control and signal processing
teaching as well as multimedia tools for control and/or signal processing
experiments presentation, also by means of Internet access.
This conference
emphasizes development of international partnerships in education and research.
Through special sessions and international workshops, it provides ample opportunity

January 15, 2003: Abstract due (submit through website indicated below, with e-mail to Session Chair. Be sure to begin the text of your abstract with the title of this session)
February 15, 2003: Notice of preliminary acceptance
April 15, 20003: Paper submission deadline
May 1, 2003: Early registration deadline (required for final acceptance of papers)
May 15, 2003: Deadline for authors’ registration to ensure publishing of submitted papers
