Refund Policy

Please read the following policy and check the button above indicating your agreement before proceeding with payment:

  1. All refund requests paid to iNEER must be by e-mail to: safurtado@deec.uc.pt and ineer@ineer.org.
  2. Requests made by June 25, 2007 will be refunded in full for the net amount paid for ICEE-2007 registration, less applicable transaction fees associated with the refund.
  3. No refund will be made for requests received after June 25, 2007.
  4. For funds paid to iNEER with credit cards or PayPal, a processing fee up to 6% of the original payment will be deducted from the refund to allow iNEER to recover fees charged by the credit card processor or PayPal.
  5. Refunds for wire transfers will be in U.S. dollars for payment received by iNEER less the fee for wire transfer of US$35.
