INSTRUCTIONS FOR REVIEWERS

Following is general information that we send to all reviewers.

(i) The paper has been submitted for review toward possible publication in an upcoming issue of the iNEER Special Volume, which is a part of the iNEER Innovations Series, an archival publication that chronicles world innovations in engineering education and research.

(ii) Issues of the Innovations Series have appeared every year since 2002. The publishers are the International Network for Engineering Education and Research (iNEER).  Each volume is a peer-reviewed hardcover book.  The 2007 edition is entitled:
"INNOVATIONS 2007: WORLD INNOVATIONS IN ENGINEERING EDUCATION AND RESEARCH".

For your information, iNEER is a volunteer global networking, professional organization formed by the world engineering community to promote mutual progress in teaching and learning through international cooperation. The goal of iNEER is to help advance engineering education and research through international understanding and partnership. The widening iNEER network of educators and researchers covers 98 countries, and is linked through the iNEER website, archival publications, e-mails, conferences, workshops, and retreats.

(iii) If you agree to review the paper(s), please include your comments in the "REVIEW FORM" that has been sent to you and that appears also at the end of this memo.   Please provide the information called for in all items on this form.

It is of utmost importance that high quality reviews be obtained for all papers intended for an iNEER Special Volume. We shall be greatly indebted to you if you are able to provide the review.  After reading the manuscript, if you feel that the subject matter of the paper is outside of your area of expertise, you can please inform us by e-mail at ineer@ineer.org so we can find another reviewer.  Or, if you would kindly forward this request to a colleague who could review it, we would greatly appreciate it.

(iv) If you respond with the review by the deadline, to show our appreciation for your help, we will include your name and country in the list of reviewers to be posted on the iNEER website.  We also plan to include the list in the 2007 Special Volume.  To see the reviewer lists for past iNEER Special Volumes, please visit the URL given above and follow the links.
