All payments must be in US Dollars. NOTE: Early registration fee of US$685 will end on March 31, 2009. Starting April 1, 2009 until August 20, 2009, the regular fee of US$770 will apply. This online payment site will close starting August 21, 2009 and all payments can be accepted only on-site at the conference registration desk at the rate of US$924, which must be paid in cash in U.S. dollars or a cashier's check drawn on a U.S.A. bank. No other form of payment will be accepted on-site. We advise you to pay by March 31, 2009 to allow time to resolve any unanticipated problem with international payments, as happened in the past. A complimentary copy of “INNOVATION 2009”, the iNEER Special Volume to be published in August, 2009, will be included in the registration package for each participant who pay the full registration fee by June 10, 2009. Then press "Submit". We recommend use of "Online Credit Card" payment; you will be directed to the secure payment page of our credit card processor to enter information about your credit card. If you choose "PayPal" or "Wire Transfer" you must inform iNEER by e-mail at ineer@ineer.org. For wire transfer, be sure to instruct your bank to include your name and institution on the first line so the information will not be truncated by the receiving bank as often happened in the past. If you stop without completing the payment process, it will be necessary for you to re-enter all of the information requested on this page all over again the next time.
