The website of ICEE-2003 will be ready in a few days to start accepting the electronic submission of abstracts. The due date is JANUARY 15, 2003. At this time, to help get you started, we wish to provide advance information on the Calls for Papers. Session titles and last names of session organizers are listed. Please note that this information is provisional and is subject to change. To access these Calls, please click on the link:

Abstracts should be submitted by accessing the ICEE-2003 website at http://www.upv.es/icee2003.

We join Prof. Justo Nieto Nieto, Rector of Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) and Executive Chair of ICEE-2003, and members of the iNEER Board, the ICEE International Steering Committee, and the Local Organizing Committee for ICEE-2003, to extend a special invitation for you to make a contribution, and join us at UPV during July 22-26, 2003.

The main emphasis of the ICEE conference series is international cooperation; hence papers that highlight this aspect will be especially welcome.

A broad range of topics covering the broad conference themes of Teaching Innovations, University-Industry Collaboration, and International Partnership is solicited. Provision is being made to accommodate papers that do not fit under any of the 17 topics covered by the existing Calls for Papers.

The text of this message is also attached as an MS Word file to enable easy forwarding. We ask for your help in forwarding it to colleagues who may be interested.
