Abstract: Modern directions in development of economy and market conditions of the economy impose the need for effective cooperation between scientific-research work and industry. Scientific work should satisfy by compromise: global, collective and personal needs.
By method of group choice these have been stated relative relation between the existing method of organizing in relation to the newly suggested (possible) and usual one. The stated results can be useful for bringing decision about: methods of organizing scientific-research organizations, investments in research work and the way of utilization of research results for the purpose of more efficient development.
Keywords: development, science, research, decision
It is obvious that modern directions in economy development and market conditions impose the need for better and more efficient connection between scientific-research organizations and enterprises of metal-manufactured industry. In connecting research work and the method of organizing research organizations should be settled by compromise: global, collective and personal needs should be satisfied. A number authors [1], [2] i [3], who have been investigation some functions of research work and the method of organizing and optimizing special segments, have dealt with these researches. An essential prerequisite in order to deal successfully with a research work is the existence of: research workers, adequate equipment and the users of research results. Technical staff via their duties (suggestions, management, projects and by maintaining technical systems) tend to obtain the best possible results with minimal efforts and maximal profit. Investigations into machinery production are mainly developable and applicable. Research organizations are mainly developed in cooperation with universities or larger enterprises. The paper deals with some research results indicating the organization of research teams.
Research work and the method of staff engagement should satisfy by compromise: global, collective and personal needs. The decision on the method of organizing and engagements of scientific-research staff should be objective and optimal. The data basis on research work also compromise ”responses” to the following statements:

Scientific-research organizations have their own purpose and inevitability if they realize satisfactorily their functions as: education, scientific development and production development. By realizing these functions formation of new goods is achieved.
Experience so far, as well as literary investigations state that research organization are founded with faculties and bigger production organizations or independently.

There are many organizing methods of development-research so it is useful to carry out the best choice. It is well known that to have the production at the desired higher level it is indispensable to introduce specialized automatic technology equipment into machinery production, to use results of developing and applicable investigations and work continually on the development of the means of work and production.
The application technology of group choice method consists of collective ranging of chosen factors, which are separately ranked by the selected expert team (table 1.), and mathematical operation of obtained data. Quantitative indicator Qt is being obtained as the ultimate result of group values.

Reference [7] deals with efficiency value of the mode of experts engagement in research institutions, that is:
Quantitative indicator is:

Reference [1] deals with the choice methodology applying the group choice method. There have been stated a number of examples valuing technical-technological state of equipment, which is an indicator for the best choice.
By the application of group choice method, the example of value of the institutions research method follows.

Quantitative indicators Qt and Qt I,II show that (for the analyzed surroundings) organization method II is not sufficiently perspective to replace successfully organization I.
The statements as well as responses in this paper lead to the following definite conclusions.
