Educational System as a Technological Complex of the Engineering

Abstract: Profound transformations occurring nowadays in the world, crisis of the educational systems and their tendency to steady development require essential changes in the paradigmous of training, in principles of organization, contents, forms and methods of educational - upbringing process, in technologization of the latter.

The labour activity of the today's students of technical universities will be most pronounced in the first part of the XXI century and during this period one might expect the requirements for the specialists with higher education and potential level of their fundamental training at the universities. Undoubtedly, it should be significant to take into account interdisciplinary links, possible changes and diversification of the type and content of the labour activity of the engineer, but, in the main, to form the creative activity of the specialist, requirements and ability of both the self-training and self-development of entire person. In this connection the problems of strategy and tactics of further development of the system of engineering education and also of the development of the new concepts in uniform all-european educational space become the most significant.

Description of the model

On the basis of a functional - structural principle of the systematical approach, the authors develop a "tree" of the purposes of the development of the modern educational system (fig.1). Subsystems of educational system (purposes of the first hierarchical level) are "Educational strategy", "Pedagogical technology" as tactics of educational strategy and "Didactics of technology" (individual techniques of pedagogical technology) [1].

A2B3	-	Application of theoretical - informative approach, theory of mass service and cognitive cards for the estimation of efficiency of didactical means and methods.
A2B4	-	Training of strategy of modern production in the new socio - economic conditions.
A2B5	-	Development of the probability model of training of the engineer.
A2B6	-	Development of the educational disciplines on the problem of life safety and person activity using conception «5I».

A3B1	-	Development of the complex educational programs on disciplines as new technology of training.
A3B2	-	Development of methods of the program decision of pedagogical problems on the basis of the morphological analysis and synthesis of the targets.
A3B3	-	Development of files of the pedagogical information for activization of cognition activity and creativity of the trained persons.
A3B4	-	Introduction in the educational process of new information technologies of training.
A3B5	-	Introduction in the educational process of non-traditional methods of training, in particular, different games.
A3B6	-	Development and introduction in the educational process of new technologies of training based on formation of steady - long-term memory.
A3B7	-	Development and introduction in the educational process of didactics technologies for training of various groups of intellectual elite in the new socio - economic conditions.

Conclusion

The considered systematical approach to the educational-technological complex opens the contents of the basic subsystems of the educational system. The latter is necessary for definition of structural - target algorithm of the educational strategy.
