Refund Policy
Please read the following before you make payment for registration:
- All refund requests paid to iNEER must be by e-mail to: ineer@ineer.org.
- All requests made by January 1, 2005 will be refunded in full.
- Requests made by February 1, 2005 will be refunded at 50% of the amount paid. The complimentary copy of the 2005 iNEER Special Volume will be provided only to attendees who pay the full registration fee.
- No refund will be made for requests received after February 1, 2005.
- All refunds will be made in U.S. dollars through an iNEER check drawn on a U.S. bank.
- Credit Card and PayPal Payments: A processing fee equal to 4% of the original payment received by iNEER will be deducted from the refund.
- Wire Transfers: Note that your bank usually charges a service fee for each wire transfer made by you, and these fees can be significant. Please add an additional US$12 for service fees per wire transfer charged by the receiving bank. The registration fee must be net of these two fees. Please be sure to transfer the correct net amount equal to the registration fees in order to avoid the need to make a new transfer to make up the difference, and paying each service charge again. Refunds for wire transfers will be in U.S. dollars based on original payment amount received by iNEER less the bank service fees.
- We regret that we cannot accommodate any request for exception to this policy.
